Returns and Exchanges

Pena Life values your business, and we strive to make the return/replacement process reasonable and quick. If an item is damaged or does not meet your expectations, contact Pena Life and we will provide you free shipping instructions. Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • When applicable, the original hygienic liner is attached and not removed and replaced.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached. If the item(s) appear used or worn, are permeated by offensive smells, such as smoke or perfume, are stained or damaged in ways other than during manufacturing, the return will not be accepted, and all items will be returned to you at your expense.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (Store Credit ONLY)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your profile, within a certain amount of days.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final Sale items are non-refundable. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

Items are only replaced if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to team@pena.life and send your item to Penalife LLC, 9151 Atlanta AVE #8325 Huntington Beach CA, 92615.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
