For all U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Pena Life uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Federal Express (FedEx) to deliver your purchases. Shipping times and delivery days vary by the shipper and local holidays.
Most orders ship within one business day. Once available from the shipper, Pena Life will email you the tracking information. During the checkout process, we will offer you expedited shipping options provided by the shipper/carriers. The shipper does charge an extra fee for faster delivery. When free shipping is offered by Pena Life, the fastest, low-cost delivery period is selected.
3 - 7 Business Days - $8 - Orders are shipped using UPS and USPS and typically ship out within 1- 2 business days. Once they are processed, they will reach their destination within 3 – 7 business days.
2 Business Days - $17 - Orders placed by 12 pm PST will ship out the same business day, and you will receive your order in 2 business days. Please note delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather-related delays are beyond our control.
Next Day Shipping - $32 - Orders placed by 12 pm PST will ship out the same day, and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 12 pm PST will ship out the next business day.
Rates for Alaska and Hawaii - $9.95 -

Lost During Shipping
If you do not receive your purchase for any reason, we will contact the shipper and request that they investigate. The shipper will notify us and you regarding the duration of the investigation and its outcome. This process varies in time between shippers/carriers. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item was lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your item(s) or issue you a refund if the same product is no longer available. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to incorrect shipping information being entered by the customer. Please make sure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. If the shipper/carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund without the return of the merchandise as described by the return policy.
